Emma says “It is wonderful to be honoured by Make UK alongside so many like-minded and exceptional people within the UK manufacturing industry.

“I’m particularly pleased to be recognised for championing women in manufacturing and highlighting the importance of emotional intelligence in a technical sector. Our people have always been at the heart of our success; strong and effective leadership and management throughout the business is key to that success and plays just as important a role in driving the business forward as staying at the forefront of innovation in our field.”

Alongside Emma’s inclusion in the Make UK 130 Honours, Analox has reached the regional finals of the Make UK 2026 manufacturing awards, shortlisted in the Company of the Year and Health, Safety and Wellbeing categories. The regional winners will be announced on 22nd October at a dinner in Newcastle.

From headquarters in Stokesley, Analox has been manufacturing and delivering pioneering gas sensing solutions internationally for over 40 years. The company’s monitoring technology can be found in life-supporting and critical commercial applications ranging from military submarines to space research, as well as drinks dispensing systems across the leisure and hospitality industries.
