A new peer network dedicated to helping Yorkshire’s fastest-growing female-led businesses scale beyond £3m turnover has launched as part of The Female Advisory Board (FAB), the UK’s first all-female peer advisory group.

FAB Enterprise builds on the success of FAB’s existing Yorkshire-based peer networks, FAB Grow (for businesses under £500k) and FAB Scale (for those scaling beyond £500k), offering a structured support system for high-growth female founders and CEOs navigating the challenges of running multi-million-pound businesses.

FAB was founded in September 2023 by Samantha Addy with just seven members. Today, it supports 25 female-led Yorkshire businesses, with 50 members expected by April. Collectively, FAB members generate over £100m in turnover and employ 500+ people across the region, making a significant contribution to Yorkshire’s economy.

FAB Enterprise is designed for women-led businesses aiming for eight-figure revenues, offering a confidential, results-driven peer advisory group where members receive strategic insights, mentorship, and direct peer support.

Founder and CEO Samantha Addy said:
"FAB Enterprise is more than just a peer advisory group, it's a transformative alliance where female leaders of multi-million-pound businesses can access the support, guidance, and collaboration they need to scale to the next level."

"In the fast-paced and often isolating world of business leadership, having a trusted group of like-minded peers can make all the difference. FAB Enterprise provides a unique space for these exceptional women to invest in both their personal and professional growth, break through the challenges holding them back, and ultimately achieve greater success. Together, we’re redefining what it means to be a leader in today’s competitive landscape.”

With ambitious plans to grow FAB into a £1m business by 2025, the organisation will launch additional regional boards across Yorkshire before expanding into other parts of the UK.

Peer advisory groups provide business leaders with a confidential space to share challenges, exchange expertise, and gain strategic advice from those who understand the pressures of leadership.
