Branded as ‘SkyRise 112’, the logistics unit is located within Shawcross Business Park near Dewsbury, positioned between the northern commercial hubs of Leeds and Wakefield. The site sits in close proximity to Junction 40 of the M1 and Junction 28 of the M62, providing direct freight links across the trans-Pennine corridor and the wider UK motorway network.

Now vacant, the industrial site is scheduled to undergo a comprehensive refurbishment programme. The facility features a 15.5-metre eaves height, full 360-degree heavy goods vehicle (HGV) circulation, and a dedicated one-acre concrete lorry park alongside on-site office space and 85 vehicle parking bays.

Demand for well-connected logistics hubs across the North of England remains steady, driven by supply chain restructuring and regional distribution requirements.
