IT Specialist Zenzero Secures Space At Historic Concordia Works

Zenzero, an IT support services provider, has secured a 3,056 sq ft office at Concordia Works on Sovereign Street, Leeds. The firm signed a 10-year lease for the second floor of the former warehouse, paying £28 per sq ft.

The deal, brokered by Knight Frank on behalf of landlord Boultbee Brooks, leaves only one floor remaining in the 13,922 sq ft building. Originally constructed in the early 20th century as a yarn and cord warehouse, the property has been refurbished into contemporary workspace while retaining its industrial heritage.

James Whicher of Boultbee Brooks said: “We’re delighted to welcome our Zenzero to Concordia Works and to see this BCO award-winning Leeds office building continue to attract high-quality occupiers. It’s fantastic to see the building’s distinctive identity continuing to resonate with businesses.”

Zenzero joins existing tenants including software firm PanIntelligence and Caldero. The final available space on the first floor comprises 3,035 sq ft, which the agents suggest could be split into two smaller suites.

Victoria Harris, associate at Knight Frank in Leeds, noted the property’s proximity to Leeds City Station and major motorways, alongside its access to riverside cycle paths. She added that the refurbishment has addressed a “pent-up need” for characterful office space in the city centre.

Louis Lawley-Adams, Zenzero’s strategy and business operations director, said: “Moving to Concordia Works marks an exciting new chapter for Zenzero. The space will provide the perfect setting for our staff to collaborate, innovate, and thrive, while supporting the continued growth of our business.”
