Colleagues from across the rail industry will be stationed at Leeds Station on Tuesday 30th September and Wednesday 1st October 2025, as part of a series of customer events designed to raise awareness and inform passengers about the exciting changes to the East Coast Main Line timetable from December 2025.

From 14th December, customers travelling from Leeds will benefit from faster journey times to and from London. The timings of LNER services will change, and some TransPennine Express and Northern services will be retimed.

The new timetable comes amid strong passenger growth in recent years, with nearly 10,000 new LNER services per year, and 60,000 extra seats each week* giving customers access to more great value fares from December.

Colleagues will be sharing key information and will be on hand to answer questions between 7am and 7pm on each of the Roadshow days. The industry ‘pop up’ can be found in the south concourse at Leeds station.
