The fashion retailer Urban Outfitters has signed a 15-year lease for a 10,253 square foot store at 26/27 High Ousegate - located in the heart of York's retail district.

The deal was completed by CBRE, on behalf of CBRE Global Investors, and Tim Starling of CBRE Retail commented:

"Urban Outfitters has had a long standing requirement [to move into] York and this iconic building fits the brand's image extremely well."
