Leading Leeds commercial solicitors Shulmans is placing staff development at forefront of its plans for 2012, with the appointment of a highly experienced new HR manager.

With over 14 years HR experience, Neil Towse joins Shulmans from accountancy firm BDO, having also previously worked at Leeds law firm Fox Hayes for nearly four years.

As HR Manager at Shulmans, Neil is expected to have an immediate impact as he leads the implementation of an NVQ scheme which will involve over 10 per cent of staff. The firm will partner with Working Links for the NVQ.
