Andrew Llewellyn has joined CBRE's Leeds office as Director of Property and Asset Management. Formerly at Jones Lang LaSalle and King Sturge, Andrew will be responsible for managing CBRE's dedicated Northern client base in addition to continuing his long-standing work with MEPC's Wellington Place development in Leeds.

James Millson joins CBRE's Leeds office as Surveyor in the Property & Asset Management team.

James will be working with the team to manage the James Hay SIPP portfolio of circa 2,000 properties across the whole of the United Kingdom. James joins after six years at Lambert Smith Hampton.
