Legal Technology Platform Gets Recognised With Kings Award For Enterprise

InfoTrack has been announced as a recipient for Innovation, one of only 59 organisations throughout the UK to have achieved recognition in the category. The adoption of technology has been hugely important to the home buying process. According to HM Land Registry data there were over 880,000 property transactions in the last 12 months, with Zoopla data suggesting the average transaction takes 25 weeks to complete. In recent years, there has been huge disruption in the sector caused by COVID and Stamp Duty holidays that have resulted in record numbers of transactions and significant backlogs at HM Land Registry.

InfoTrack launched in July 2015 with the aim of improving conveyancing through the provision of great technology. Since then, it has grown to a team of over 300 people with offices in Woking, London and Leeds. Supporting more than 2,000 law firms and conveyancing businesses across England and Wales, InfoTrack’s end-to-end digital conveyancing platform provides powerful solutions designed to improve productivity, enhance the client experience, and make managing compliance easier.

Scott Bozinis, InfoTrack CEO comments:
“We’re honoured and humbled to have been selected for the King’s Award for Enterprise. The conveyancing sector has come a long way in the last decade, and we’re very proud to have played a key role in helping it to move forwards. We’re so grateful to all our clients and partners for their faith in us and for supporting the innovations that are adding to every part of the conveyancing process.”
