A glimpse at the women's calendar
In 2011 an appeal was launched to raise £1.25m for vital repairs and restoration work to the church of St Michael and All Angels at the top of Haworth Main Street, Keighley. The church is better known as the place where the Revd. Patrick Bronte was the curate during the period when his daughters, Charlotte, Emily and Anne, wrote their literary masterpieces inspired by Haworth and the surrounding area.

Following in the footsteps of the ladies of the Rylstone Womens Institute, residents of Haworth and the Worth Valley have bared all to produce two calendars, one featuring only women and the other just men, to try and raise as much money as possible to for the restoration fund.
