What An A’maize’ing Maze – It Opens Today!

You can get lost in the fun at Lakeland Maze Park from today thanks to a Jubilee-themed maize maze which will take you around 90 minutes to get out of!

And you can also enjoy the UK’s first Maize Quest Super Mega Ride ‘n’ Slide at the Lake District-based family farm attraction located near Kendal.

The main maze, cut out of a 6-8-foot-high maize crop stretching over eight acres, is themed around a postage stamp-style image of the Queen’s head.

Meanwhile, she has a trusted pal at her side, as the mini maze is styled in the shape of a royal Corgi!

Visitors will typically take 60-90 minutes to find their way out of the larger maze and 15-25 minutes to exit the smaller one. Exit routes are available if needed but all the fun lies in getting lost within the twists and turns of the puzzle cut out of the giant crop.

2022 has also seen the introduction of the UK’s first Maize Quest Super Mega Ride n Slide, offering children the opportunity to whiz down a 150-foot-long slide in an inflatable ring.

Online admission price £10.95 for adults, £9.95 for kids (2-15 years) and £7.45 for seniors.On-the-door prices are £1 extra for each ticket. Prices include tractor-and-trailer ride.

The Lakeland Maze Park is open daily to September 11 and then at weekends to October 30.Head to www.lakelandmaze.co.uk to buy tickets.
