Stop Wasing Time It's 2021!

 
Start 2021 well and retreat to the Berkshire countryside for a Wellness Weekend Break at Wasing Park.

Give your mind and body a new year gift and enjoy numerous outdoor and indoor wellness activities including Forest Bathing, Gong Baths, Yoga and Meditation.

Wasing Park’s newly-opened boutique hotel is set at the heart of a 4,000-acre beautiful estate featuring parkland, woodlands and lakes.

Guests can enjoy the ‘estate to plate’ specials from the a la carte menu, A Taste of Wasing six-course tasting menu and the chance to join the chef and cook lunch, alfresco in Wasing’s majestic woodlands.

Unwind your body and mind whilst enjoying walking trails through the woods, across the parkland and around the lakes on foot or by bike before relaxing by the fireside in the Stables Bar.

Wasing’s Wellness Coach, Jill Watson, hosts yoga and other mindful activities in the Pavilion. “We have put together a special series of classes and workshops to help create a wellbeing break that will nourish on a deep level and guide people through some beautiful practices to develop the care and resilience that they will need for a sustainable and heart-centred 2021,” says Jill, who adds: “Join us for playful and restful yoga practices, tune into the themes of the year with an astrology update, feel into your hearts intentions with sacred cacao and acoustic accompaniment, immerse yourself in a forest bathing practice in ancient woodlands, and relax to the deep resonance of the Gong.”

Escape for the weekend and stay in one of Wasing’s 26 rooms, including the stunning grade II listed Old Estate Rooms – The Granary sat atop staddle stones, The Smithy, a former blacksmith’s shop now a large beautiful boutique bedroom, or The Dovecote, a very unique, cylindrical two-story building featuring a free-standing copper bath.

Guests are invited to bring their own bikes to enjoy the many tracks, trails, country lanes and the beautiful Kennet & Avon Canal on two wheels. Route maps can be provided. A hawk display takes place every Sunday at 10am.

A three-night break on a bed and breakfast basis is priced £585 per couple. To include the full wellness package add £195 per person, for the half wellness package add £75 per person.
