Make It Your Quest To Discover Quest Apart Hotel, Liverpool

Quest Apartment Hotels is Australasia’s largest and fastest growing apartment hotel operator. The first venture into Europe opened in September 2019 in Liverpool. The company hopes to open an additional 8 - 12 properties in the next five years.

If you wanted to be more centrally based in Liverpool you would be hard pressed to find anywhere better. Whenever we visit the city though the traffic always seems horrendous, from leaving the end of the M62 to reaching the city centre, a journey of 3 miles can take up to 40 minutes, every time I say that next time we will go on the train.

If you do arrive by train Liverpool Lime Street is only 5 minutes walk away. If you decide to travel by car Quest have an arrangement with a car park nearby where you can park at a discounted rate.

Situated on Church Street you will discover that the shops are literally on your doorstep, the theatres are less than half a mile away, though if you are going to the arena it might be best to catch a taxi. Mind you by the time your taxi gets you to the arena through the heavy traffic you would probably have been able to walk there quicker!

Everton and Liverpool football clubs are both 3 miles away.

The 100 apartments come either as a studio apartment, one bedroom apartment or two bedroom apartment and are all air conditioned. Our one bedroom apartment had a fully enquipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. The bedroom was surprisingly large with a good sized wardrobe which housed a safe, iron and hairdryer.

The main living space had an LCD Smart TV with in room entertainment and felt homely. If you wanted to learn yourself Scouse there was even a book on the coffee table entitled "How to talk proper in Liverpool". Pity there wasn’t a book there to tell you how to circumvent the city’s traffic!

The bathroom had a bath with an overhead rain shower though for the ladies reading this you might find the omission of a vanity mirror not to your liking.

Residents can take advantage of the on-site 24 hour gym, the pantry service, local restaurant charge backs and I liked their partnership with Deliveroo! You could phone reception and they would order your food and deliver straight to your room with the charge being added to your account. Very handy if you do not have an account with Deliveroo!

The friendly reception staff added to the experience and any question I asked was answered straight away. If they didn’t know they found out the answer. Before you arrive an email is sent to you and if you want you can request the fridge in your apartment to be stocked up with your requirements. A nice gesture that adds to the personal touch of this clean and comfortable apartment. Quest is a stylish addition to the Liverpool apartment scene.

As they say in Liverpool when something is good according to the Scouse book - it’s boss!
