Guests who are vegan, veggie or going flexitarian for Veganuary this year, need look no further than the Fridays Vegan Burger. This mouth-watering dish is made from plant-based protein, beetroot and coconut oil served on a vegan bun topped with guacamole and drizzled with Fridays® Legendary Glaze (which is vegan), served with house fries on the side.

Joining the Fridays Vegan Burger as a fan-favourite are the veggie Garlic and Chilli Veg fajitas (dine in only). Served on a hot skillet with a selection of dips and warm tortillas, it also comes with a selection of tasty starters such as the Loaded BBQ Beans and much more.

For those that are sticking with meat this Veganuary, Fridays is proud to offer beef which is Scotch certified and has been grass-fed on quality assured farms throughout Scotland.

Steaks are hand-selected by master butchers to ensure they are exceptionally tender and flavoursome. Ribeye and sirloin steaks are 28 day aged to add to the natural flavour. The introduction of certified Scotch Beef is endorsed by Quality Meat Scotland (the Quality Assurance certification body).

In keeping with the ‘spirit’ of something for everyone this January, Fridays is proud to offer a range of flavourful low and no cocktails that give guests that Fridays feeling without the alcohol.

The new Famous at Fridays cocktail menu includes The Flaming Rose, a delicious and refreshing mocktail made up of Seed Lip Spice 94, Fentimans pink rhubarb tonic, lime, watermelon, as well as unique twists on classics such as The Virgin Mary; made with tomato juice, lemon, celery, olives and Fridays® seasoning.
