Embrace The Season With A Raisthorpe Cocktail

With the unmistakeable nip of Autumn in the air and the hedgerows bursting with seasonal plenty, Yorkshire Wolds based Raisthorpe Distillery is busy harvesting hedgerow fruits from damsons and sloes to plums and blackberries to use in its gin liqueurs.

To celebrate, Raisthorpe shares some autumnal cocktail recipes which embrace the ‘season of mists and mellow fruitfulness’.

Raisthorpe produces award-winning gins and spirits on its Thixendale farm using foraged botanicals, blended with water from the underwater streams of the Gypsey Spring that runs under the farm

The Raisthorpe team partnered with luxury country hotel Grantley Hall and The Star in the City, York to showcase the versatility of its award-winning fruit gin liqueurs which make the most of the seasonal harvest.

All the gins are ideal with champagne or sparkling white wine, served straight up or as part of a delicious cocktail.
