Opening its doors on November 29th at 5pm with a special 'Meet the Producer' night, Yummy Yorkshire's Christmas market will sell everything you need for the festive season, from gifts for the family to food for the big day.

Housed in a dedicated marquee adjoining the ice cream parlour located near Denby Dale, you will find plenty of gourmet foods from the many wonderful local producers Yummy Yorkshire works with as well as an array of handcrafted gifts as well as décor and Christmas wreaths. Importantly, you can also get two of things that matter most here - the turkey and the tree!

The market will include produce from Mercer's Preserves, Yorkshire Honey, Lottie Shaw's Seriously Good produce, Guppy's speciality chocolate, not to mention Yummy Yorkshire's special festive ice cream flavours and their specially made stocking fillers and gift hampers.

Hot spiced cider and mince pies will be on sale to indulge in to help get you into the festive spirit.

The Christmas market will be open daily from November 29th to December 23rd from 9am until 5pm on Yummy Yorkshire's, south Huddersfield.

The Yuletide Festival is an ideal opportunity to sample a great atmosphere - and to bag yourself a pre-Christmas bargain at the same time. In fact, you could do ALL your Christmas shopping in one go at the fabulous range of independent shops, market stalls and famous high street brands.

Skipton's famous Market will be in full festive flow on both days - running the full length of the High Street from 10am - 4.30pm. Together with the market and great food stalls, there will be a full range of entertainment in the Town Centre throughout the day.

NEW entertainment for 2013 includes the RED HOT SANTAS (Band) and the amazing BJORN THE POLAR BEAR returns, back by popular demand and will be joined by Skipton, Barnoldswick, Nelson brass bands and Accrington Pipe Band adding to the festive occasion..

There will also be two of Santa's REAL REINDEER in attendance on both Sundays of the Christmas Festival.

Each day of the Festival rounds off with a torchlight procession up the High Street to Holy Trinity Church (starting at 4pm) where a traditional Christmas carol service takes place in the grounds!

This year's Christmas Gift and Food Fair spreads festive cheer throughout the city with the official switching on of the city's Christmas lights in the evening and the launch of Ripon's city centre Christmas shopping season coinciding with the Fair for the first time.

Visit the ever-popular Christmas Gift and Food Fair with over 100 stalls including gifts for all the family, food and wine tastings, home-made Christmas cakes, tombola, Santa's Grotto, face-painting, raffle, and children's activities.

Refreshments will be available throughout the day, including hot turkey sandwiches, tea, coffee, mulled wine, cakes and mince pies.

Entry £2.50 (accompanied children free of charge)

Haworth Victorian Christmas
Every weekend until Christmas from November 16/17th 2013.

Every year at Christmas time, Haworth is lit by twinkling fairy lights and pretty shop windows. The cobbled street is home to wonderful independent gift shops, tea rooms and public houses, and every weekend in December the residents and traders host bands, choirs, carol singers and Father Christmas for visitors to enjoy.

Haworth Christmas Events include..
16th & 17th November - Haworth Christmas Market, a traditional Christmas Market taking place over two days in Central Park. There will be a number of stalls selling, amongst other things: Gifts, Hand Crafted Jewellery, Handmade Chocolates, Hot Mulled wine, Yorkshire Cheeses, Jams, Pickles & Chutneys, Handmade Soaps & lots more.

1st December - Scroggling the Holly is on 1st December 2013. A procession of local children in traditional Victorian dress welcome Santa and the Christmas spirit to the Village.

On Sunday 15th Dec 2013 as the sun sets, the famous Torchlight Procession begins. When the band strikes up and the carols begin the procession slowly winds its way up the Main Street.

Sunday 22nd November - The final event of Haworth's Christmas Festival reflects the true spirit of Christmas. The traditional Christmas story reenacted on the Main Street. Story narrated and carols sung.
