Peyton - Sinners Got Soul Too (Peyton Music)
Graham Clark, Features Writer
Peyton has lent his vocals to many dance tracks over the years. Now comes this soulful album from the man with the distinctive voice.

You might also remember him from a brief stint on the X Factor where Simon CowelL described him as "pure class".

If he was flavour of the month he would be in the charts now, but this is the sound of an artist who will be around for years.

On tracks such as When They Go Low and I'll Rise he shines.

The version included here of Carry You sounds sublime, though there is a dance mix by Eric Kupper that sounds even better.

He even does justice to a cover version of the Cyndi Lauper hit True Colours.

I give the album 3 out of 5
