Welcome to week 83
We can sometimes think we know things..about others possibly..and it can cause huge unhappiness...so...if this is you I ask you the following
1) what do you think you know about whatever?
2) how do you know whatever it is? (for example from another telling you?)
3) how do you know it is true?
so in essence if something you are thinking along these lines is making you unhappy then 'press pause' and think how you know it to be true..it could simply be another's perception you see..
