Gig Preview: Level 42 - Doncaster Racecourse

Level 42
Level 42
The idea of putting on a concert after a race meeting has taken off over the last couple of years. I have seen Tom Jones, Spandau Ballet and Madness at these events and it is always a great end to the day.

Level 42 are the next band to appear after the race meeting at Doncaster Racecourse on Saturday 4 June.

Led by bass player supremo Mark King the band also features amongst others original keyboard player Mike Lindup.

The band built up a reputation to be one of the hottest bands on the touring circuit in the 1980's and 1990's and even now they are still as explosive as ever.

It is Derby Day on Saturday 4 June at the Doncaster Racecourse so what better way to follow up a great day's racing than listening to hits such as Lessons In Love, Running in the Family, Hot Water and Leaving Me Now.
