Album Review: The Trevor Nelson Collection 3 (Sony Music)

Trevor Nelson
Trevor Nelson
The latest in the Trevor Nelson compilations has just been released and like its predecessors this new compilation contains some of the most soulful, funky and R&B tracks of the last few decades.

Spread over 3 CD's the first CD contains Chic with Good Times, the Nile Rogers groove continues with Sister Sledge and Thinking of You whilst Earth Wind and Fire bring back the memories of the late 70's with Fantasy.

CD2 has Michael Jackson with Remember the Time and Eternal with Stay. Jamiroquai brings some acid soul grooves with Too Young to Die, remarkably now over 20 years old.

CD3 has the more recent tracks such as John Legend and Used to Love U and Pharrell Williams with Gust of Wind.

If you like your music soulful and memorable this latest Trevor Nelson compilation is a worthy addition to your collection.

Album released Monday 19 January.
